Windward Power allows returns within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) The cost of the return freight is not the responsibility of Windward Power Systems.

Warranty Disclaimer

Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or against infringement.

All warranties, if any, by a manufacturer or supplier other than seller are theirs, not seller’s, and only such manufacturer or other supplier shall be liable for performance under such warranties.

Seller makes no warranties to those defined as consumers in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Limitation of Liability

Seller expressly disclaims any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Seller’s liability in all circumstances is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability. Buyer assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property of buyer or others arising out of use or possession of any product sold hereunder.
